Case Manager
 
Provide high-quality case management, advocacy, referrals, resources and services to families in our shelter, housing, and community programs using a survivor-centered and trauma-informed approach. Other responsibilities include: providing hotline and on-call coverage; group facilitation; and supporting client progress using data management software. Some weekend and evening hours required. Three years highly relevant experience and computer literacy required; bachelor’s or some college preferred. Bilingual/bicultural preferred.
 
Housing Manager
 
Provide high-quality case management, advocacy, referrals, resources and services to survivors and their families in our transitional and longer-term housing programs. Responsibilities include: leading a comprehensive tenant selection process, managing the housing waiting lists, coordinating ongoing survivor-led community building activities; overseeing accurate data collection to ensure safety, confidentiality and access to quality resources for survivors; supporting survivors’ progress toward their goals; and supporting the ongoing learning and
development of the team. Five years’ experience in the domestic violence field, three years direct supervision experience, and computer literacy required. Bilingual/bicultural preferred.
 
Full-time Emergency Housing Staff (this position includes overnight shifts)
 
Provide comprehensive and responsive hotline services for callers in need of emergency shelter and/or community-based services/referrals; collect accurate data and provide shift reports; support a clean and well-maintained facility. Facilitate social and wellness activities for residents and their children. Experience assessing emergencies and providing crisis support required, along with excellent communication skills and sensitivity to domestic violence. Bilingual/bicultural preferred. Shifts include: Wednesdays 1-11pm, Thursdays 11pm-9am, Fridays 11pm-9am, and Saturdays 11pm-9am.
 
Part-time Overnight and As-needed Emergency Housing Relief Staff
Hourly weekday overnight, weekend day, evening and overnight and as-needed relief staff to provide comprehensive and responsive hotline services for callers in need of emergency shelter and/or community-based services/referrals; collect accurate data and provide shift reports; support a clean and well-maintained facility. Facilitate social and wellness activities for residents and their children. Experience assessing emergencies and providing crisis support required, along with excellent communication skills and sensitivity to domestic violence. Bilingual/bicultural preferred. Shifts available: Thursdays 5-11pm, Fridays 1-11pm, Saturdays 5-11pm, Sundays 5-11pm. Relief availability for Mondays-Fridays 11pm-9am, Saturdays and Sundays 9am-5pm and 5- 11pm.
