RODENTS BAIT PROGRAM IN PRIVATE PROPERTIES  The City of Chelsea has its own program to bait private properties if you have problems with rodents in your yard.. The Zonta Club of Chelsea has installed an informational sign in each of Ventura's Taxi's six local cabs. The club aims to raise awareness of domestic violence and to provide the 24-hour hotline number of HarborCOV where women can obtain help and services.
