The Zonta Club of Chelsea has installed an informational sign in each of Ventura's Taxi's six local cabs. The club aims to raise awareness of domestic violence and to provide the 24-hour hotline number of HarborCOV where women can obtain help and services.

SAVE THE DATE - Chelsea CDBG Public Hearing - November 30th

The City of Chelsea’s Department of Planning and Development will host a public hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. on the City’s Community Development Block Grant activities and the FY2017 grant application to the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Mini-Entitlement communities (which includes Chelsea) are eligible to apply for CDBG funds.  The maximum grant award allowed is $600,000 to $825,000.
