OurChelseaMA.org is a community web portal sponsored by the Healthy Chelsea Coalition with an emphasis on issues that affect our health. Our goal is for OurChelseaMA.org to become the “first stop” for information about the city of Chelsea.  Most of all, we intend for OurChelseaMA.org to be a place where we can celebrate our city and connect its people and organizations to enhance the social, civic, and physical health of our community.

Walking is good exercise, especially if you walk fast and get your heart rate up. Regular exercise can help you improve your fitness and energy levels, sleep better, and have a healthy body weight. Walking is ideal because you can do it anywhere. All you need is comfortable clothing and a good pair of shoes.
